About the Role
Strong Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Account Manager (AM) to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our transportation agents and clients in issuing certificates, processing endorsements, and ensuring our clients get the fast, accurate service they deserve.
What You’ll Do

Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day client servicing

Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, certificates, and reinstatements

Collaborate with producers to onboard new clients and assist in leading renewals

Monitor inboxes and client portals for service requests

Update client information in our AMS and CRM systems
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in insurance servicing preferred (Commercial Lines a plus).
- Experience in or around the transportation industry is a major bonus — whether you’ve been a truck driver, dispatcher, fleet manager, or even a trucker’s spouse, your knowledge of how this world works will serve you well here
